1. This license covers Astra R-Nesting, hereinafter referred to as the Software 2. Technos LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", holds exclusive rights to the Software. 3. You must register the Software with the Developer or its Representatives for commercial use. The registration process is described in the "registration.txt" file supplied with the Software. Commercial licenses are purchased individually for each computer the Software will be used on, regardless of the ownership of this equipment (you or a third-party company or individual). Registration provides you non-exclusive rights to use the Software for any legal purposes on as many computers as implied by the number of purchased licenses. A commercial license entitles you to unlimited technical support, and specifically: email and phone consulting, user's manual, free updates and bug-fixing patches within a year from the date of purchase or the latest update. You cannot distribute licenses for commercial use of the Software without a written consent of the Developer. 4. If you are using a evaluation version of the Software for evaluation purposes, you can use any number of copies of the Software and its documentation, install the Software on any number of computers and distribute it any any way possible. The shareware verison of the Software (evaluation version) is distributed free of charge only on the "as is" basis. 5. THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED ON THE THE "AS IS" BASIS. THE DEVELOPER PROVIDES NO GUARANTEES, EXPLICIT OT IMPLIED, EXCEPT FOR THE UNLIMITED TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR REGISTERED USERS. YOU ARE USING THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE DEVELOPER BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OF DATA, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFIT OR ANY OTHER LOSSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE (CORRECT OT INCORRECT) OF THIS SOFTWARE. 6.
