Agreement By installing and/or using this product, you (the end-user) are entering a binding legal agreement with Cyberspace Headquarters, LLC. You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with all of the terms of this license agreement. I. Shareware This product is shareware. You are entitled to a thirty (30) day trial period for evaluating this product. This evaluation period has the following restrictions: a. You may NOT distribute any applications created with the API and/or SDK included in the product. b. You MUST cease using the product at the end of the evaluation period. Plug-In and Application Development This product contains an SDK and API which you may use to engineer your own Codex Compliant plug-ins and applications. You may freely distribute all plug-ins and applications created with this product, without any royalties, provided you hold a valid non-evaluation license for this product. V.
