License Agreement This end user license agreement (the agreement) is an agreement between you (an individual) and the author (Eugenio Vilar) for the AltDel Delphi Source Obfuscator software (the software) that is accompanying this agreement. If you disagree with any of the following clauses, then you are not allowed to use the software. The software is the property of the author and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The software is not sold, it is licensed. Each copy of the software may be either unregistered or registered. You are allowed to try the unregistered software, for an unlimited period of time, before you register as a user and pay the license fee. During the trial period, you will be able to obfuscate only a small percentage of identifiers. Once you register the software and pay the license fee for the full working version, you will receive an email containing your attached personal license, with instructions on how to install it. Warranty disclaimer The software is supplied "as is". The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the software. Disclaimer of damages The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the software, even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Scope of grant You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software. The author shall retain title and all ownership rights to the software. Maintenance The author is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates for the software. However, any maintenance or updates provided by the author shall be covered by this agreement. Distribution Unregistered copies may be freely distributed provided that the software is not modified and the original archive remains intact with all accompanying files and provided that no fee is charged (except for any reasonable fees necessary to cover costs of distribution media).
