For the software accompanying this EULA, which includes computer software and associated media and may include online or electronic documentation (SOFTWARE PRODUCT or SOFTWARE). By installing this software OR opening the sealed packet(s) OR exercising your rights to make and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, promptly return this package to the place from which you obtained it. Software Product License: The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. Grant of License: AIGraph Software, Inc. grants to you a nonexclusive license to use this SOFTWARE and related material delivered with this SOFTWARE PRODUCT. This SOFTWARE is licensed for use on one computer at a time. You may run this SOFTWARE on as many machines as you like provided there is no possibility that it can be run on more than one machine at a time. The SOFTWARE should never be installed on the hard drive of more than one computer. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed on a network hard drive, access must be restricted to a single user. You agree that you will not transfer or sub-license these rights. If you use the SOFTWARE on more than one computer at a time, you must license additional copies or request a multi-user license from AIGraph Software, Inc. You are entitled to a 30 days demo period. After this demo period a registration fee is required for use of the application. Copyright: All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and applets, incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, are owned by AIGraph Software, Inc. or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except that you may either. (a) make one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. No Liability For Consequential Damages: In no event shall AIGraph Software, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if AIGraph Software, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. Purchasing: Purchasing will entitle you to full, non restrictive access to the application. One license will entitle you to activation on a single computer. If you wish to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT on additional computers, additional licenses must be purchased. Family packs, and multiple package licenses can be purchased at discount rates. Refunds: Refund will be granted within the first thirty days of purchase. Refund will deactivate your license. Technical Support: Our technical support team with holds the right to refuse support to anyone who does not comply with requests or procedures. This includes failure to submit correct information, fraudulent registration or behavior, and any other lack of cooperation. You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble, redistribute, resell, rent, or lease any part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, without written permission from AIGraph Software, Inc. Miscellaneous: This agreement may change from time to time, so you should check with the AIGraph Software, Inc. website for any current or future updates that may withdrawal or extend any part of this agreement. If you acquired this product in the United States, this EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana . If this product was acquired outside the United States, then local laws may apply.
