ADRC Data Recovery Express Software License Agreement and Disclaimer This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity), hereinafter referred to as "Licensee" or "you", and Adroit Data Recovery Centre Pte Ltd, hereinafter referred to as "ADRC" for the software product "ADRC Data Recovery Express", hereinafter referred to as the "Software". By installing, copying, buying, registering and using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not purchase, install or use the software. The software are distributed and sold as is and without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. Licensee uses the software at his own risk. ADRC assumes no responsibility for any expense, damage or loss caused by your use of this software, however it occurs. The software is distributed as a try-before-purchase shareware. If you purchase and register the software by ADRC, it is assumed that you have tested the unregistered version and ascertained that it meets your needs within your working hardware and software environment. After the purchase, ADRC will not provide refunds if you subsequently change your mind. In the case of severe system corruption, it is frequently possible that the file names you would like to recovered could be viewed or located after the scanning by using the un-registered software, but after purchasing the software to copy out the files, the contents of the files could be corrupted partially or completely. In such case, ADRC accepts no responsibility and will not accept any refund. No portion of the documentation for this software or any of its attendant files may be reproduced in whole or in part in any medium or form of transmission without the prior written permission of ADRC. You may not modify or patch the software's executable files in any way, including but not limited to de-compiling, disassembling, translate or otherwise reverse engineering the program. Registering this software buys you a single-user license to be used by one person at a time perpetually. A single-user license does not permit you to make the registered software available over a network for multiple users to access, to distribute it in any form or to provide it in conjunction with any other product without the written permission of ADRC. Licensee may make a copy of the licensed SOFTWARE for backup purposes. You may use the un-registered software for free. However, in order to recover data, you have to register the software immediately. You may distribute the software (on CD-ROMs, Books, Catalogs, Internet etc.) as long as you observe the following: 1. You distribute only exact, unmodified copies of the original unregistered shareware version of the software including terms and conditions. 2. You do not transfer, sell, re-sell, offer for sale or engage in any activities for monetary gain by using the software. 3. You include the phrase "Copyright by ADRC" with any copy of the software. As the software is distributed as a try-before-purchase software, no technical support will be provided except in the areas of how to use the software. All the registered trademarks used herein are registered to whoever that owns them. This notification is given in lieu of any specific list of trademarks and their owners. I, the Licensee, acknowledge that I have read the above license agreement with the terms and conditions before purchasing the software.
