In such case, your own registration has to be cancelled from proDAD`s data, and the name of the transferee be told in order to transfer the registration, too. IV. Limitation of remedies and damages In no event will proDAD or its developers, directors, officers, employees or affiliates be liable to you for any consequential, incidental or indirect damages (including loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information,ad the like), whether foreseeable or unforseeable, arising out of the use or inability to use the software or accompanying written materials.
