License for use and passing on off the software "ACounter" 1. The programm is according to the copyright law copyrighted and it is not allowed to make copys without the consents of the originator. 2. A commercial using (for example: sale the Software, also particular in a bundle with other software) is not allowed without a written adhesion from the originator (Andreas Prietzel). 3. The copyright resp. passing on rights of the ACounter full version is with the orginator. The licensee are allowed to make a backup. 4. The orginator cannot be held responsible for for every direct or indirect damage - particularly damage to other software damage to hardware, damage by failure of use and damage by nonefficient functions of the sofware (also when it is known from the orginator). The user is exclusivly responsible for the ensues by using the software. It will not guarantee for the correctness of the calculated fees by the ACounter. 6. It is not allowed to decompiling, disassembling or changing the software or their documentation. It is not allowed to copy the documentation never mind the way. 7. All used productnames and registered trademarks in this text and in the documentation will acceptance as property of their owners independet are they labelled as such or not. 8. The contract will closed indefinitely. Every contravention of the licensee against the license assignations will forfeits the right of use, without a abrogation by the licenser. 9.
