LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE SOFTWARE "ACCESSOR.LAUNCHBAR" Read this license agreement before using the software. DEFINITIONS The present license agreement (hereinafter "agreement" or LICENSE) is a legal document between YOU - a private or legal person using the software "Accessor.Launchbar" - and a private person Alexey Shulika (hereinafter "AUTHOR") regarding the software "Accessor.Launchbar" (hereinafter "Program", or "Software", or "Software Product") including its executable files, data files, documentation files defined by the AUTHOR as parts of the software and stored on any media. Any updates and additions to the program provided by the AUTHOR are also considered as "software". TERMS AND CONDITIONS To use this software product, you must agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do NOT agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, you must stop installing and/or using the software because you have no right to do it. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or howsoever using the program, you agree with the terms and conditions of this license agreement. This agreement is a full agreement between you and the AUTHOR and it substitutes for any other preceding agreements or correspondence regarding the Software. RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS The copyright and intellectual property right for the Software Product "Accessor.Launchbar" belong to the AUTHOR and are his property. YOU will obtain the right to use the program ONLY after the REGISTRATION. You can find the description of the registration process on the Internet site of the program "Accessor.Launchbar" at www.accessorsoft.com. After the registration, you will get a registration code that you must enter into the program as it is described in the help file of the program. After the registration, the AUTHOR grants you the nonexclusive right to use the program on one computer. Before you register the program, you may test its copy on one computer within the trial period of 30 (thirty) calendar days. After this period expires, you MUST either register the program, or remove it from the computer it is installed on. The LICENSE does not give you the right to decompile or disassemble the program. The LICENSE does not give you the right to modify, distribute, lease or lend the Unregistered Program or its copies, as well as to give it to other persons by any means. The rights granted by this Agreement may not be given to other persons. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS The AUTHOR does not guarantee that the Software Product is free from errors. The AUTHOR is not liable for the functioning of any other software or hardware working together with the Software Product. The Software Product is distributed "AS IS" without any warranties, including those expressed or implied in warranties for selling and suitability for private use or any other use, expressed or implied. To the maximum extent allowed by the law, the AUTHOR and/or persons who obtained the LICENSE for the Software Product are in no case held liable for any special, subsequent, direct or indirect losses (including unlimited loss of profit) resulting from the use of the Program or incapability to use the Program or any accompanying information. SPEACIAL DISTRIBUTION RIGHT CONCERNING THE PRODUCT "ACCESSOR.LAUNCHBAR" The program can be freely distributed if the following rules are observed: 1. Each distributed copy must include only the original distribution file provided by the AUTHOR. You may not remove anything from or add anything to the file. 2. Distribution must not include registration code. 3. Distribution must be free of charge. CONCLUSION This license is valid and can be applied until it is rescinded. This license can be rescinded immediately without any prior notification in case you do not agree with any terms and conditions of this agreement.
