License Agreement This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and 3D Deep Space Ltd. for the accompanying software, associated media, printed materials, audiovisual content, and "online" or electronic documentation. If you do not agree with all of the terms of this agreement, de-install all copies of the program from your computer and return all program materials to Webline Ltd. for a refund of any license fees paid. If you use the program to create or distribute audio, video, or other content, 3Deep Space Ltd. is not responsible for such content, and only you are solely responsible for the property rights, legality, and regulation of all such content, including but not limited to issues of copyright ownership and obscenity regulation worldwide. 6. 3Deep Space Ltd. may terminate this Agreement at any time by delivering notice to you, and you may terminate this Agreement at any time by removing all copies of the program from your computer and destroying all program materials. 7. This program and/or license is provided as given, without any representation or warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any representations or endorsements regarding the use, the results or performance of the program, its appropriateness, accuracy, reliability, or correctness.
